Colameco's Uncured Sliced Pancetta

Colameco's Uncured Sliced Pancetta is kind of like really fatty bacon. I cooked it which you are not supposed to do, and there was all kinds of fat coming off it and it came out really crisp. 

I have to say that it was so salty that I should have used less. This is the kind of thing rich people put on crackers and I'm not rich nor would I buy this if it had not been on sale and almost free.
