 Antico Mulino Farfalle Italiane Tre Sapori tastes like any other pasta. I have to say I like the stuff, and I had it in salad and with sausage. Good stuff really.

Farfalle Alla Bietola Rossa Tarall'Oro is some kind of beet pasta. I can't say much for it save that the color fades when you cook it. It works okay in salad. I have to say I like this stuff, but there isn't that much beet.

I never thought I would say "more beet", but well, more beet.
