These feel a little flat. I guess the fact that they come with the box should make them better, but I don't know if kids would really want to play with the box.
All in all, I'm not impressed.
I was unimpressed as the texture was odd and it was kind of like rocky road without the nuts.
I don't think they still make this stuff but maybe it will make a comeback with Stranger Things spin offs. I hope they make a better version if they do.
Pudding Ice Cream just sounds dumb to me but who am I?
Ice cream inspired by a horror web show has got to be an odd bird. I mean, horror inspired ice cream sounds like it would be a bad idea.
Anyway, Stranger Things Scoops Ahoy USS Butterscotch is about as there as ice cream can be. I mean, it has chocolate bits, caramel, and no butterscotch to be tasted. I had this with strawberries and banana and the banana was way better than the ice cream. The chocolate was a nice contrast but without a coffee to cleanse my pallet it just wasn’t that great. It also had some of that odd texture I had with mint flare. I mean, how do you make ice cream so meh?
It’s a vanilla base with bits of candy and the like. It’s too busy for the amount of ice cream you get and unless you eat the whole thing you just don’t get the full impact.
Now I do need to say that I added a good amount of fruit to this mix. Blueberries, cherries, strawberries, and golden berries where all part of the mix. I’m a diabetic so I can’t just have ice cream.
