Jack Daniel's No. 3

Either I'm getting used to Jack or No. 3 is a better version than 1 and 2. Still this was a collector's bottle and not meant to be drunk. Mixed with a good coke this is just fine but I wouldn't drink it in shots. I'm a Whiled Turkey man so this is a step down but Turkey is more expensive. 

Jack Daniel's No. 2

Definitely an improvement over Jack No.1, Jack No.2 is almost worth drinking. It's still a collectors addition alcohol for people who aren't smart enough to know that alcohol should be for drinking. I wouldn't buy this unless it was cheaper than the normal fair and I needed the money but it didn't suck.

Jim Bean Honey

I got a bottle of this 'Jim Bean Honey' at my local Bevmo and I have to say that it's reasonable stuff. I have never had more than three shots worth in one day so I can't say what it's like when you get drunk off it, but if you're looking for something lighter than whisky this will fill the bill.

These sweet honey whiskies are becoming popular because of a demand for sweeter alcohols. I have to say, I like like the trend.   

Jack Danieil's No. 1

Anyone who has read this Blog knows I'm a While Turkey man but good old Jack No. 7 is the number one whisky on the planet. This is not No.7 this is the original No.1 as brewed by jack himself.

I can see why they stopped making this stuff. This is a less refined whisky that will not leave you satisfied. It just doesn't hit the spot or have the clean flavor of other spirits.

To be clear, this was never meant to be drunk. It is a collectors addition designed to be displayed and so if you want whisky not for drinking then this is your bag.

Wild Turkey 101

Wild Turkey is my poison and this turkey is wild all right. It burned when you drink it in shots. It left a burning in the back of my throat that held for a good five minutes. 

Wild Turkey 81

Wild Turkey 81 is a solid whisky to be enjoined by good old Americans and those who love freedom and good drink. You can see I made a good dent in the bottle before writing this review.

Wild Turkey Spiced Whisky

Given that I started this with Forgiven and have been an American Honey fan for some time I'm not big on this corn wine. I know it's a better whisky than most drink but it doesn't go with cola all that well. 

I think this is more a whisky for straight drinkers rather than blenders. I drink about a shot of whisky a week. Once this is gone I'll stick to better stuff.

Wild Turkey Forgiven

I am not a whisky drinker by any means. We got a bottle of this the day one of my cats disappeared. 

I haven't had it in shots so keep that in mind as well. However, mixed with root beer or cola this stuff hits the spot, and it should because it's pricy.

I give it a plus but then I didn't have to open my wallet.
