Panera Bread Thai Chicken Salad

Almost bursting with flavor, it tastes of cilantro, this salad is powerful in every bite. I will admit that I didn't find it all that filling, but it was great.

Panara Bread Toffee Nut Cookie

450 Calories that I loved even if I know it too much. This cookie was soft and chewy and contributed to my three hundred and thirty eight-pound bulk.

Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips

This sucked, it's not hard to review things that suck, but then I think if you fried them they would be better. They were kind of stail and hard to eat, but the frozen chicken is kind of like that in the first place.

I would stay away from this stuff.

Panera Bread Lemonade

This Lemonade has real citrus pulp. I note that it does not say lemon pulp. Further, I noted that this is 320 Calories  for whatever they call a serving and Sierra Mist is only 240 at Panera Bread. This is sweet and artificial.

A 12oz can of Sierra Mist is only 120 calories and  so it looks like they mean  24oz, but I don't think they sell that size. So confused.

Panera Bread Mediterranean Chicken Flatbread Sandwich

Sporting only 310 Calories this has less of a heft than the cookie I had with it, but I did have to scrape the white goo off. All in all I will not get this again but it was okay.

Panera Bread Chocolate Duet Cookie with Walnuts

At a whopping 450 Calories, this cookie is a hair on a dry side. As cookies go this one is worth eating unless you look like me and I do.

Urmex Original Urn & Brewer Cleaner

I use this stuff for cleaning anything that emulsifies but coffee is the number one for this, and I use it often and I love the stuff.

When you use this stuff the coffee stains come off in sheets like skin peeling off a sunburn. This is good stuff.

McDonald's Chicken McNuggets

Chicken paste breaded, fried, and served up to us poor unsuspecting idiots. I love these little hell balls, but I know they are killing me.

McDonald's French Fries

Oh, you kill me so good. I love these things, but they are all starch and salt. It is very hard to find a balanced meal at McDonald's.
Keep these down to a minimum.

McDonald's Sweet 'N Sour sauce

Let's be clear, this stuff is salt and sugar for the most part and bad for you. Sauce, in general, is bad for you.

In any case, I have always loved this flavor of sauce, but if you drink your soda after eating this sauce you will not taste the corn syrup in your drink.

If you're eating this you're doing something bad for you so eat accordingly

President Feta Crumbled Cheese

In the world of putting greens stuff in your face, you need something with a strong flavor to offset the bland green leaves.

President Feta Crumbled Cheese is good for that even if it looks like crumbled soap. I've even tried making grilled cheese sandwiches with it and they were okay.

La Romanella Jumbo Shells

Hard to cook and not all that great when cooked these don't come with sauce and are not worth eating without sauce. They don't hold their shape in the oven so they are hard to serve if you have a big family and wasteful if you're cooking for yourself.

Kellogg's Special K Original

Before you ask, even breakfast requires balance and those peas and carrots help to balance the meal. If you drink coffee, orange juice, or even milk, you still need water. Milk stands as a protean and the Special K is the starch.

Special K is passable, but take into account that it's not as good for you as oatmeal as it lacks fiber.

All in all, I would not get this again looking at the nutritional facts. However, it has vitamins so if you get enough fiber from vegetables this is a go for you.

I will make the point that this hasn't got the crunch of corn flakes.

Equal Exchange Congo Coffee Project

If you ever had the feeling you should help the poor people of the Congo this is your chance, because money from this goes to a hospital in the Congo. If you never had that feeling shame on you. You're a horrible person. Do you have any idea of the hardships faced by the Congo!

Anyway, this is a rich coffee with a smooth flavor that lends itself well to things like ice coffee drinks and the like. Now I'm going to go make some before I toddle off to work.

Pro-Pest Pantry Moths & Beetle Trap

I never caught any beetles in this thing, but they catch moths like nobody's business. I mean, I put one of these down and a few minutes later saw moths trapped. I still have a moth problem, but it's a trap that keeps them down.

Taco Bell Bean and Cheese Burrito

Come on Taco Bell, why did you have to over complicate a Bean and Cheese Burrito? The beans and cheese are fine but the wet flavorless onions that add nothing but a strange crunch to the mix just don't need to be there.

If you didn't add them or the bad sauce this would be a much better burrito.

Keep it simple and let the customer make it what they want.

Nissin Cup of Noodles Chicken Flavor

Clearly, I had to do some things to this to make it into a balanced meal. Cup of Noodles is truly horrible for you. What I did was cut one of these in half, add peas and carrots, then drop in an egg. this cut the salt in half and dropped the Calories.

Salt is the big thing with Cup of Noodles and you may note that eating it in this manner negates the convenience. For those of you thinking in this manner ask yourself if being dead and mummified from over salt use is more convenient than dropping a few things in boiling water.

Moving on, this is okay but not filling. I guess you could do it twice and that would be filling because I only used half a cup of noodle.

McDonald's Sausage Biscuit with Egg

McDonald's Sausage Biscuit with Egg is another of the crumbly things I don't buy and should never be eaten in your car. A morning biscuit comes from the idea of having biscuits left over from the family dinner and needing to eat them up before they get stale.

With this you're packing a lot of fat and carbs in to a meal for a working man who will burn it off before it hits his tail so he won't have to drop as much of a load at work.

It would be a good idea if the crumbs didn't get all over.

Panera Bread Southwestern Chicken Flatbread Sandwich

The Panera Bread Southwestern Chicken Flatbread Sandwich is lined with some brown mud like substance that I don't like. Past that it is a passable meal but not a great one. If a mouth full of mud is your thing go for it, if not then pass.

La Romanella Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce

Nothing says dinner like a cat's ass next to the vestibules. That said, this pasta sauce had too little garlic to justify its name.

It should really be called salt flavored pasta sauce.

Boulders Sea Salt Kettle Cooked Potato Chips

I've been having trouble regulating after one of my cats was shot with a BB and so have had to eat some junk from the machines at work.

These are not as good as Lay's but they are okay.

Kirkland Signature Meatballs Italian Style Beef

Brimming with chemical smoke that makes these about as Italian as hot dogs these things are a quick protein for anyone with low cholesterol like me.

Trader Joe's Reusable Bag

Made in America, washing machine safe, durable, everything I want in a reusable bag. Not all the Trader Joe's bags are this way so make sure you ask the clerk for help if you can't spot the right bag.

In any case, I've had these for a few years and give them a thumbs up. They last and last but are a bit small.

Panera Bread Sprouted Whole Grain Roll

Softer than the sprouted grains I had in the past this roll is as good as any. It has a low fiber count for sprouted grain but then no one said it was made of 100% whole wheat did they?

In a sea of things we shouldn't be eating this is a lesser evil. It is still an evil so eat accordingly.

Panera Bread Hibiscus Tea

I was surprised to find this as an alternative to soda at my local Panera Bread. Hibiscus Tea is noted, but not proven, to have health benefits.

Unsweetened, this will never win out over soda, but it will beat water if you need to have something with your meal.

Thumbs up.

Random Creepy Easter Thing

Not just this Random Creepy Easter Thing but all Random Creepy Easter Things that will show up on your plate today. They are dry, tasteless, and evil.

These emissaries of the dark lord will eventually tempt you into selling your health for their dry, cardboard-like, flavor and curse you with diabetes.

'But it's just one' you cry 'and it's only today' but you know it's a week of eating these pixy colored death globs, and you had a few before today.

When the darkness comes and the marshmallow bunnies come to drag you to my sister's house you will remember my words, but then it will be too late.

Panera Bread Carrot Cake with Walnuts

At 650 Calories, this  is almost a full meal. That said, it's also a nutty delight that I shared with my lunch partner who said they would order it next time.

Dole Power Up Greens

Dole Power Up Greens are your run of the mill young greens salad. They last well in the refrigerator and make edible sandwiches.

It in no way hides the fact that you are eating salad and have grown up believing that that's what food eats.

If you lay this stuff in too thick it will make your snack wraps nasty, so add some other stuff. Overall, I'd say this is a good buy. I got it at Smart & Final.

Taco Bell Soft Taco

The Taco Bell Soft Taco is much more like a taco than the crunchy taco but it still falls short of being a taco. It feels more like a small burrito or a wrap.

These are also longer lasting than the crunchy tacos which will get soggy and you have less of a chance to get cheese and lettuce all over your shirt.

The Burger King Whopper

The Burger King Whopper is a big sloppy burger with lettuce, pickles, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise. I have never understood mayonnaise.

I have never been a big whopper guy because being fat I have always had the double whopper. Still, I have to say that this burger is more meat like than the McDonald's version if more likely to drip stuff on your floor.

Honestly, I see double whoppers in my future but these are just fine.
