I would honestly think this was dumb as heck if it were not for the fact that you can plant five trees or keep ten plastic bottles from going into the Ocean by buying this. I paid to have five trees planted with this thing so it really doesn't matter how far I walked, but it's fine to set a goal. From what I understand I can change that goal of I don't reach it so this to me is about trees.
Now you can't get 2021 any longer, but 2022 is around and it looks nice to hang on your wall or around your neck. Give yourself a goal for the new year and help save the human race. If you don't what would be the point of being healthy?
According to “Nature”, a Science Journal, roughly 15 BILLION trees are cut down worldwide each year (that’s about 42 million per day). Needless to say that this is not sustainable. At present levels, tree cutting is expected to increase to around 29 BILLION trees per year by 2040. Mankind has already destroyed roughly 46% of the forests that existed roughly 12,000 years ago (the start of agriculture in human civilization). YOU’D BETTER START WALKING, RICHARD- WALK, WALK, WALK!!!
