Alfaro's Artesano Bakery Buns


 Alfaro's Artesano Bakery Buns are of the soft powdery variety. That is all good and well but they get soggy in the refrigerator and don't last well. Fresh they are fine,but once they get old they somehow got wet and turned to goop.   

These are okay buns if you're going to have them in short order. As for me, I had to grill the things to get them to not turn to mush in my hands.

  1. If your bread is developing condensation inside the package or turning moldy before its expiration date, you are likely storing your bread in a place where the humidity (and maybe the ambient temperature) is too high.
