Burger Zone Fish Sandwich

 Someone randomly got me a Fish Sandwich from Burger Zone in El Monte California and were as it was cold by the time I was informed it wasn't bad. I mean, it came hot but I was sleeping. 

Anyway, it had ketchup rather than tarter sauce which is fine by me because I hate tarter sauce. 

Past that, this was a fine fish sandwich. There was enough fish and if you wanted something more interesting you could have added what you wanted.   

I would get this again. 

Carl's Jr. Redhook Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich

When I heard that Carl's Jr. had a Redhook Beer-Battered Fish Sandwich I had to have one. I love Redhook! Then I had one and I just wasn't impressed.

The batter is far too thin, and you can't taste any Redhook. The whole point of beer batter is to make the batter thicker and change the temperature of the fish. 

The fish itself is too soft and taste too farm raised. 

I was disappointed but this sandwich, and now I really want some Redhook.
