McDonald's Egg McMuffin

The McDonald's Egg McMuffin is an English Muffin with cheese, an egg, and a slice of ham. It has less flavor than the Sausage McMuffin and I haven't eaten one in years before I got this one for this review. 

This is three hundred and ten Calories of American morning. It's okay, on the bland side, but will get the job done.
