LavAzza Classico Coffee Blend Medium Roast

 LavAzza Classico Coffee Blend Medium Roast is a mild amber colored coffee. I would say it's good if you know how to make coffee which I do. There isn't much past that, but if you need coffee for your hangover, and many will soon, this is good coffee.

Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Pasta Sauce

 Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Pasta Sauce has no heat. I mean, it's creamy like Alfredo should be but the flavor is rather mild and without heat. I would have thought it would be hot having read pepper.

Anyway, it's also rather smooth and creamy without chunks of red pepper inside so it has the same feel as most Alfredo. I feel this is a strong product but not what I expected.

Classico Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce

 Before you ask there is an Alfredo to this Classico Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce. So if you don't like creamy Alfredo there is a less creamy option. I have to admit that I was surprised to learn that I hadn't reviewed this sauce as I have been eating it for years. 

I mean, to me this is what Alfredo sauce has always been. It's mild and creamy with nothing offensive about it to the milk drinking public.

Classico Shells & Italian Sausage

 Classico Shells & Italian Sausage is more like shells and cheese. This is a bland interpretation of Italian food, but it is passable. I would not get this again unless I needed frozen food to stock up for something. Your best bet is to buy bulk sausage and then cook and add it to this mess to make it better. 

If you're going to do that you could just make this from scratch and it would taste a whole lot better. 

Classico Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna

 Classico Spinach & Ricotta Lasagna is a wet mess that should not be called lasagna. I still have one in my freezer. One of those things about American Italian food is that it has so little flavor that it mostly just looks like what it is intended to be. 

This just hasn't the heft and form of Lasagna and really needs more of the flavor. I fed most of it to the opossums that live in my back yard. Fail!

Classico Organic Tomato, Herbs & Spice

This makes me want to go to Italy just to find out what real tomato sauce is like. I will grant it was very tomato but not very Herb & Spice. I mean chunky and bland.

Classico Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce

Out of the jar this is more of a salsa than a meat souse and cooked it just doesn't have the sausage to justify it's name. This stuff was so bad that it sat on the shelf for some time before I got around to reviewing it, but it will be okay if you cook it long enough.
