Ray's Tepeyac's 'Flautas' come with chicken or beef and I got the beef. Other than not being long enough to really be a 'flauta' these were crispy and well made. I really liked them and would get them again.
The only down side is that all those beans get everywhere and I've started taking a second shirt when I go to ray's. Then again, I'm a fat slob.
