I can't say much about these Pollock Burgers other than they take some time to cook. Fish is bland and these are bland, but seasoning them is up to you. I will buy these again, I can say that, I didn't love them, but they get the job done.
I broke down and bought these even though they have a longish list of additives. Yes, they taste great but it must be the MSG (listed as yeast extract on ingredients) which I normally avoid. Probably had a lot of it as I had a splitting headache all the next day. Too bad.
Frankly, I look more at the health aspects of food I like and these I didn't like. It's had to get fish burgers that are just fish. Sometimes I get fish at the store and even that has ingredients.
