Jack in the Box Sourdough Smashed Jack

Jack in the Box Sourdough Smashed Jack is not all that smashed. If I ordered this at a diner I would have sent it back for not being smashed. The whole idea of smashing a burger is to give it better contact with the grill and give it more crunchy parts. This wasn't crunchy at all. 

I have to say that this was the worst made burger I've had a Jack in years but that's more on the Jack I went to than the food item as a thing.
